15-Day Return Warranty Teal Diamond Boutique's goal is always to provide our customers with high-quality products. Customer satisfaction is always our number-one priority. All items we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional customer support team is at your service at any time. Please check the sizing chart before ordering. The customer is responsible for the non-refundable return shipping cost. We may use out-of-country shippers. The customer is responsible for international return shipping, which is non-refundable.

Warranty Terms:

Our 15-day warranty starts on the date of receipt of the product. If you have any problems with the item, please feel free to contact us immediately.

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate on your ticket all the details, such as your order number, SKU number, or product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:

1. Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and the item's outer package. The picture can be taken off the item; it doesn’t have to be on the customer. If it's a sizing issue, a picture of the cloth and size must be given.

2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty (RMA).

3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A. instructions provided by our team.

Warranty Compensation:

All faulty items under the 30-day warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our customer support team.

Faulty items:

Upon receipt of the product, it will need to be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable if the item is not our error. Example: unable to fit or customer choosing the wrong size.

If the item is not defective but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain the situation; we will allow a return as long as the item is unused or unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be fully covered by the customer.

Missing products/accessories:

We check all items and accessories before sending them; this should be extremely rare. Please contact us as per our warranty process above, and we will offer you a solution.

Size and fitting and incorrect product:

Due to the wide selection available on our website, Teal Diamond Boutique collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and choosing the right item.

If you have received the wrong size, submit a ticket indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.

If the product is not as described on the website, kindly send us clear pictures (under 2MB) in good lighting via the ticket.

Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange or refund.

If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong item, we can allow you to return it. Please contact us to get an R.M.A. form (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will allow you to return the item. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be fully covered by the customer.

Return Costs:

Most of our suppliers are located overseas, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us with the return parcel tracking information and weight of the packagemers should provide us with the return parcel tracking information and weight of the package. We will proceed with compensation once we receive the items.

The customer must return the package as per our instructions to the shipping address indicated on the R.M.A. document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer support team has authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A. instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service department for further advice.

Warranty Exceptions:

Items that are exempt from refunds, exchanges, or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear (woman's intimates) category, swimwear, clearance categories, and any discounted product provided that Teal Diamond Boutique did not make any error.
