15 Days Return Warranty  Teal Diamond Boutique goal is always to provide our customers with high quality products. Customer satisfaction is always our number 1 priority. All items we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service any time. Please check the sizing chart before ordering customer is responsible for non refundable return shipping cost thank you. We may use out of country shippers. Customer is responsible for international return shipping non refundable. 

Warranty Terms:

Our 15 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately .

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate on your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:

1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package. Picture can be taken off the item doesn’t have to be on the customer. If it a sizing issue a picture of cloth and size given. 

2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A).

3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team.

Warranty Compensation:

All faulty items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with a RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team.

Faulty items:

Upon product's receipt, we will need to be returned for full refund minus shipping cost. Initial shipping fee is non refundable if the item is not our error. Example unable to fit or customer choose the wrong size.

Not faulty items:

If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain the situation, we will allow a return as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Missing products/accessories:

We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact us as per our warranty process above, we will offer you a solution.

Size & fitting and Incorrect product:.

Due to the wide offer available on our website, Teal Diamond Boutique collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe a slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and to choose the right item.

-If you have received the wrong size, submit a ticket indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.

-If the product is not as described on the website, kindly send us clear pictures (under 2MB) in good lighting via the ticket.

Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange or refund. 

-If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong item, we can allow you to return. Please contact us to get an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will allow you to return the item. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Return Costs:

Most of our suppliers are located international customer is responsible for return shipping.

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us with the returning parcel tracking information and weight of the package . We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.

Please Refer To The Following Return Policies:

Customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.

Warranty Exceptions:

Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear (woman's intimates) swimwear, clearance categories, any discounted product provided that Teal Diamond Boutique did not make any error.
