Refunds are given for unworn unwashed items in its original condition.

Damaged during shipping.
sometimes items such as stones may come off during shipping. All items are inspected when shipped. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Expedited Shipping Services for Special Events
in the case an item is expedited to reach a customer for an event the customer is responsible for all shipping fees which are non refundable. Sometimes shipping can take longer and not make the expected date which is out of our control. The customer shipping cost for expedited services is non refundable.
Items over $99 dollars that qualified for free shipping will have a restocking fee if returned. Restocking fee will be 10% of return total.
